This privacy policy applies to the Flight Tracker - Weather Radar app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SmallCornerLabs (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- A device identifier (device ID) generated or stored by the Application to recognize your device for flight tracking, notifications, and account-less features
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token, used to deliver push notifications such as flight status and weather alerts
- Approximate or precise location, when you grant permission — used on the device and may be sent to the Service Provider's servers to support map features, nearby airports, and geo-targeted notifications
- Analytics and diagnostic data (for example app events, crashes, and performance) collected through Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics
- Advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, or equivalent on iOS where applicable), used by AdMob to show and measure ads in the free version of the Application
The Application collects your device's location (when you grant permission) to determine your approximate geographical position. This data is used to operate core Application features, including tracking aircraft on maps relative to where you are, and showing airports, flights, and related information near you. Location is used in the ways described below:
- Flight and airport features: The Service Provider uses location data to display nearby airports, flights in your area, aircraft positions on the map, and other aviation-related content tailored to your region so you can follow flights and plan travel more effectively.
- Geolocation Services: The Service Provider may also use location data to provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and other location-based services within the Application.
- Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
- Server storage: When you enable notifications or related features, latitude and longitude may be stored on the Service Provider's servers together with your device ID for geo-targeted alerts and service improvements.
Location is collected only as needed for these Application functions. You may deny or revoke location permission in your device settings; some features (such as map-centered flight tracking or nearby airport listings) may be limited or unavailable without it.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, the Application may collect flight tracking information submitted by you, such as flight number or flight ID, to provide flight status updates and notifications. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider may share information with third parties to operate the Application, including: your device ID and FCM token (for push delivery via Firebase Cloud Messaging); location you submit to our servers; flight numbers and airport codes you track (for aviation data providers); analytics and crash reports; and advertising identifiers for ad serving and measurement. Some of this data is not aggregated or anonymized when required for these features. The Service Provider may also share information in the ways described elsewhere in this privacy statement.
The Application uses AirLabs (airlabs.co), a third-party aviation data provider, to retrieve flight schedules, live aircraft positions, airport details, and related aviation information. When you use flight tracking or map features, the Service Provider's servers may send queries to AirLabs that include information you provide (such as a flight number or airport code). Your device location is not sent directly to AirLabs; location is used on your device or by the Service Provider as described in the location section above.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Subscriptions and Google Play Billing
The Application offers optional paid subscriptions (for example premium features without ads) processed through Google Play Billing on Android. Payment and subscription status are handled by Google; the Service Provider does not receive your full payment card details. Google may collect and process purchase-related information according to Google Payments Privacy Notice. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds and billing disputes on Android are subject to Google Play policies.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete locally stored Application data at any time using Clear All Data in the Application Settings. This removes saved preferences, tracked flights stored on your device, and related local cache. Clearing data on the device does not automatically delete information already stored on the Service Provider's servers (for example flight registrations linked to your device ID or FCM token). To request deletion of server-side data, contact [email protected].
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider - [email protected] so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
