Clear All Data in the app
Fastest way to remove data stored on your device and request server-side cleanup.
- Open Flight Tracker - Weather Radar on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Clear All Data and confirm when prompted.
This action clears local app data and triggers deletion of server-side records tied to your anonymous device ID, including tracked flights and push notification registration.
Data that is deleted
- Device ID (anonymous UUID) used to identify your device on our servers
- Server-side data linked to that device ID (tracked flights, notification registrations, and related backend records)
- Push notification token (FCM) associated with your device
- Locally saved preferences, tracked flights, and app cache on your device
Data that may be retained
Some categories are managed by third-party services or kept in aggregated form and are not removed by Clear All Data:
- Aggregated analytics and diagnostic data (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)
- Advertising measurement data handled by AdMob (Advertising ID where applicable)
- Google Play billing and subscription records managed by Google
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use Clear All Data, or need help with server-side deletion, email [email protected] from the address you use with the app (if any) and include your device type. We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days.
